We all may have at some point weather travelling on holiday or staying in a fancy hotel have used a wet room, wet rooms are becoming very fashionable and more popular in the uk. Wet rooms are for me personally a much better choice than you standard shower as the sense of space and freedom when you shower is a good feeling. There are so many plus points when it comes to wet rooms, for starters you can just walk into the wet room without having to worry about shutting the door or stepping into a shower tray and you probably agree that there is less clutter and less worry about getting surrounding areas wet as it does not matter on a wet room.
So how easy are wet rooms to install? Well first of all wet rooms can typically be installed anywhere, there are many different kits to choose from. One thing to remember when choosing the right wet room kit is make sure that the quality is more that good as the last think you need is a leaking wet room. Wet rooms can be very stylish indeed and there are many floor and wall kits you can choose from and patterned tiles, and funky drainage covers.
There are also many types of shower screens for wet rooms, one of my personal favourite brands are the Duchy and the reason I like this brand is down to the style, wet rooms can really start to take shape with the right shower screen, and the duchy shower screen for wet rooms are renowned for their tough glass and sleek transparent look of class. So when you’re deciding on installing a wet room make sure you have the right waterproofing and check that the quality is good and also draw out your design and be inspired when choosing the many different styles of wet rooms available.
